Nigeria - The United Nations' Global Multi-Dimensional Poverty Index has published a 2015 report- based on data collected on years between 2004 and 2014, about the poverty rate of Nigerian states.

@stato @Jules The research gathered data for the years between 2004 and 2014. Oil wasn't cheap early in 2014.

Plus the research isn't talking solely about the state gov's wealth, it deals majorly with the poverty level of people living in the states. Surely you'll agree 80% of workers in Osjun aren't civil workers?
 
@Lequte What criteria did they use to measure individual poverty? . I don't agree that 80%of workers in Ekiti are not civil servants.
