She probably expected to see Nigerian tech companies like computer warehouse group, Omatek, Resourcery, zinox etc

Thanks Curator, based on the list you've given, I doubt any of them could make the "top 10 list." Internet presence plays a pivotal role as well as the size of the organization. Zinox is a bit popular, but has less internet presence when compared to any of the aforementioned.

Was the list based on internet presence?
All but one of the names you have posted are international brands.. apart from the telco do we know how much business they do? What is the criteria for being top.

Where are companies like eTranzact, IPNX, Swift, MTECH, CHAMS, SYSTEMS SPEC

@ Jules, I completely understand you now. I'm kind of tired of always seeing MTN coming tops in this kind of list. @curator, I agree the list has lots of multinationals. I like the second option you gave, full of indigenous tech companies, which is a good thing. The internet presence was just of my criteria. I just couldn't type much that's why I left it at just the two options I mentioned. I now have an understanding of what's expected in this kind of titles....I thank you all for your sincere contributions...
