President Muhammadu Buhari, in his bid to enforce the rule of law in Nigeria and eradicated corruption has removed the directors of some agencies in the country. These five agencies might be the next to feel a shake up in its ranks.

1. Director of Niger Delta Development Commission - Bassey and the "missing" 183bn

Since his appointment as director in 2012, Bassey Dan Abia had according to media reports restated his desire to complete the uncompleted projects of the previous 5 directors before him (2008-2012), and he's reportedly doing well, although there are claims his hands aren't clean.

However, the attorney General of the federation, Samuel Ukura, recently revealed that an audit of the commission shows that N187bn is missing from its coffers between the period of 2008-2012.

This has put a lot of pressure on Aba and he has cleared the air, saying the period the report focused on wasn't when he was director. click here to read more.

2. Chairman of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission - Lamorde and the Pack of Angry Birds

When you fight corruption, corruption fights back.

Following the swearing in of president Muhammadu Buhari, EFCC boss Lamorde has begin a clampdown on corruption in Nigeria - mostly in line with the president's resolve to make the nation corruption free. In the process, he's stepped on a lot of powerful toes.

In the course of carrying out this duty, the EFCC had called in a lot of powerful politicians for questioning in relation to corruption claims which when convicted, they could be jailed. This didn't go down well with powerful people as they don't like being probed.

Days later media reports emerged of Lamorde being a partaker of the previous administration's corruption cake. It was reported that he shared government properties with presidential aides and ministers. Unconfirmed reports also said that he embezzled N1tr fromt the agency's coffers - a report which has led to him being summoned by the Senate.

It's hard to say if he's guilty or innocent of these allegations but clearly he's gotten some heat due to the issue.

3. Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service - 'David and the Will of the People

It is obvious that the average Nigerian want Parradang out of office, and that's putting it mildly.

Most people hold him responsible for a shady poorly planned recruitment exercise held last year which saw the death of many Nigerian graduates.

Recently Parradang was suspended by President Muhammadu Buhari and there are widespread rumorss that this was linked to how a top ISIS leader got a Nigerian visa.

The presidency however has rubbished the rumors, saying he was sacked for issuing appointment letters to 700 Assistant Inspectors of Immigration as well as 900 Immigration Assistants III into the Nigeria Immigration Service without approval.

Parradang has been to aso rock in company of Plateau state governor to seek the face of the president but it's hard to say Buhari will be moved by the gesture.
