Nigeria - Sixteen people have been confirmed dead and 10 others injured in the multiple explosions on Wednesday morning in Damaturu, Yobe capital.
The Executive Secretary, State Emergency Management Agency, Musa Idi, who confirmed the attack said the explosions took place around Ministry of Housing quarters and Buhari Housing Estate in Damaturu.
A sense of normalcy has returned to the state capital as schools opened, while workers and and other residents have resumed their normal business.
