Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu, chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Friday has said that the Ndigbos will need to wait until 2027 before they can achieve their dreams of an igbo presidency of the nation.
He said the South-South and the North may both need to complete their ruling ‘cycles’ of eight years apiece before the East is considered.
He also added that any attempt by any body to try to prevent President Jonathan (who is from the South-South) from going another four years on the presidential seat may prove cataclysmic for the country.
