President Muhammadu Buhari leaves Nigeria today for a security meeting with President Paul Biya of Cameroon.
According to Bashir Ahmad, a volunteer in President Buhari's media team; the President will be accompanied by 3 governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and 3 others elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The PDP governors are Ben Ayade of Cross River, Mr Darius Ishaku of Taraba and Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom.
The APC governors are Kashim Shettima of Borno, Mohammed Bindow of Adamawa and Samuel Ortom of Benue. The Perm. Secretary of the Ministry of Defence and the DG of the National Intelligence Agency are also included in Buhari's entourage to Cameroon.
After Cameroon, President Buhari will also undertake a 1-day trip to Benin on Saturday to round-off the diplomatic shuttles to the neighbouring countries.
