More than 500 Nigerian businessmen are to attend a business congress in Istanbul, Turkey, to strengthen business relations and tourism between the two countries.
The Chairman, Twins Travel and Tours Ltd., Mr Abdulhameed Sogbesan, the coordinator of the trip, disclosed this on Thursday in Lagos in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria,
Sogbesan said that the trip was being planned by his firm, Twins Travel and Tours Ltd., and the African Turkish Business Council.
“There is a business congress coming up on Dec. 6, 2013 in Turkey.
According to Sogbesan, over 30 countries are expected to participate in the congress.
He said that the congress would bring together young business men, tourists, entrepreneurs to brainstorm and exchange ideas on products and services.
He added that products and services to be exhibited at the congress would include tourism sites, monuments, cosmetics, textile products, garments, petroleum products and African fashion and styles.
