The Office of the Attorney General of the federation (AGF) has issued a fresh order on the Code of Conduct Tribunal trial involving Nigeria's senate President, Bukola Saraki.
THE NATION reports that the AGF has asked the CCT to pick a date for resumption of the trial. The case was stalled by an appeal the Senate president filed at the Supreme Court to challenge the tribunal’s jurisdiction on the matter.
