Politics Atiku, Kwankwaso Are No Match For Buhari - National Mirror

An unnamed aide to Nigeria's former military head of state, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) claims that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Governor Musa Kwankaso of Kano are no match for the former head of state come 2015 presidential elections.

"If General Buhari declares today, that is where our people would go. Who else would run against him in the North? Who else do you think the party would prefer to a man who singled handedly secure 11 million votes despite the rigging machinery of PDP in 2011? General Buhari is the president in waiting; that is the truth".


According to NATIONAL MIRROR, the unnamed aide also disclosed that Buhari will declare his intention to contest the 2015 presidential elections within the next few days.

"General Muhammadu Buhari has been making consultations with stakeholders cutting across all the divides over next year’s general elections. Those he has been meeting include politicians, both within and outside the APC, religious leaders, opinion leaders, youths and market women in every state of the federation and the feelers we are getting are encouraging.

"We are rounding up with the consultations and within the next few days, General Buhari would publicly declare for the race and it is our hope that he would not only emerge the Presidential candidate of APC but would eventually be elected come February 2015", the aide said.

The 11 million was equally manipulated as that of the PDP too. Buhari is a religious fundamentalist and Nigeria do not need divisive or sectional politicians now. We don't want anyone who will blow the security issues we are suffering up the more. And when it comes to governance Atiku is by far a better leader than Buhari.
There are many politicians in the north that are better than the former head of state who even as a military head of state, Lacked ideas but for the mercies of Idiagbo his regime would have failed woefully, So is time to do away with such people and look to younger people with fresh ideas and the interest of the nation at heart like ATIKU ABUBAKAR.

Buhari is not a politician, the age we are in now, is where you negotiate our way through and i don't see that i Buhari. What Nigeria needs is a liberal mind with lost of ideas. Who best fit this description, than Atiku.
