Reno Omokri has quoted President Jonathan in one of his tweets as saying "on Baga I've given the NSA an order that he must give a comprehensive report to Nigerians."
Last week, the BBC reported that 2000 Nigerians may have died in the North-Eastern town of Baga, following a particularly ferocious attack from the Boko Haram sect.
The President has drawn criticism from both national and international media for apparently showing more grief for the Charlie Hebdo attack in France than for the deaths of Nigerians in Baga. Nigerians have frustratedly waited word from the President, but it is reported that President Jonathan, in his campaign rally in Ibadan yesterday, promised Nigerians that his National Security Adviser was investigating it, and a report would be presented to Nigerians when it was done.
