Chief Werinipre Seibarugu, the former deputy to the former governor of Bayelsa State, Chief Timipre Sylva, yesterday led over 68 members of the last administration in the state to declare support and loyalty to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.
Chief Seibarugu and other former political office holders in the last administration, under the aegis of Ex-Bayelsa Government Officials Forum (EBGOF), said their former boss, Chief Timipre Sylva, is on his own following his recent romance with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and verbal attacks on the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.
The members of the group claimed that Sylva’s decision to dump PDP for APC and his utterances were devoid of proper consultation with his loyalists.
