We must give kudos to Suleiman Abba for a job well done. He was one positive force behind the successful election we've just had and heard of as generally peaceful.
The police behaviour during the election is highly commendable. Policemen were very punctual and worked to tbe dictate of thier brief. I observed them very closely during the election. Whenever arguments arose at PU policemen play a mediator role. I heard them telling voters to calm down or to allow the party agent discuss the issues with the INEC officials.

No reason was given for his sack but we know that know govt official was ever sacked by PGEJ for the interest of the Nigeria people. The solace we have is that PGEJ's govt is on drawing days.

There was a comment from one of the foreign attributed to one of the US govt official that GEJ was supervising the looting of the treasury. It may be too hard to see one non corrupt man under GEJ. The army generals and even clerics go smeared in mire of corruption.

However to sack Abba so that he will not expose GEJ's wrong doings is in itself is an incentive to divulge the secret sooner than latter.

The sack might just be another wrong and hasty decision by PGEJ. Most of his earlier decisions are not thoughful. For whatever reason he could havey waited for the incoming govt, as it is usual for new govt to change the IGP and service chiefs as the first step to consolidate power.
