A video by Kayode Ogundamisi shows President Jonathan talking about the terror situation in Nigeria.
The President, in the video, suggested that his administration would rather spend on development that on soldiers and that if the terror situation in Borno state is resolved, there would be no need for Nigeria to lose money in weaponization.
To buttress that point, he said that the crisis situation wasn't an issue until 2009, when "Governor Sheriff's friend was killed" and there was loud background laughter from his spectators as he finished: "when Yusuf was killed."
