According to the PUNCH newspaper, an Abuja Federal High Court has ordered that President Goodluck Jonathan be served with court documents in a fresh suit that seeks to disqualify him from getting re-elected in the coming polls.
Two other suits seeking same disqualification are still pending before Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the court.
Another is pending at the Court if Appeal, Abuja.
