VANGUARD reports that a citizen, Lukeson Oguchi, said the fire started at about 11pm after a loud explosion.
The cause of the fire or casualties hasn't been but report says over 10 houses have been destroyed by the inferno in the facility.
Fire fighters are still battling to put out at the fire.
