A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has decreed that the Nigerian Army will not be used in thhe conduct of elections in the country.
The court says that the Nigerian government cannot and should not deploy soldiers to polling units. This would be a source of relief for the APC as it has been the crux of arguments in the previous weeks.
