Umaru Fintiri, former acting Governor of Adamawa State, has disclosed that he will appeal the ruling of a Federal High Court In Abuja that ordered his removal.
According to CHANNELS TV, a lawyer to Mr Fintiri, Mr Bayo Ojo, said in a statement on Wednesday that he had been instructed to file an appeal.
"The whole world knows that the former deputy governor did actually resigned through his two letters of resignation to the speaker and the former governor separately", Ojo said.
Meanwhile, Bala Ngilari was yesterday sworn in as the Governor of Adamawa.
