The Imo government says it is set to organise a carnival Christened ``Ain’t seen nothing yet’’ between May 6 and 13 in the state capital, says the Special Adviser to Gov. Rochas Okorocha, on Culture, Mr Paddy Obinna, at a news conference on Thursday in Owerri.
``This carnival will encourage the development of skills, and discovery of new talents. This is a necessary requirement for improvement in our tourism potential.
``This carnival will be a means of promoting our identity, skills, talents and culture. Artists in the state are encouraged to participate and showcase their talents.
``This outing will not strain the coffers of the state government as it is hoped to be funded by corporate organisations and volunteers.
``We hope that at the end of it all, they will be spotted by people who can help them develop their skills further,’’ he said
