Former FCT minister, Malam Nasir el-Rufai, is the odds-on favourite to fly the flag of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2015 governorship election in Kaduna State, party insiders have told TheCable.
Although primaries are still three months away, aspirants are already deploying their game plan as the political landscape takes shape.
El-Rufai has not openly discussed his governorship ambition but his friends have told TheCable that it is going to be a head-to-head clash with Hon. Ashiru Isa Mohammed Kudan, who is the vice-chairman of the plum appropriation committee of the house of representatives.
