Nigeria will play its first warm-up game for the World Cup against Scotland on May 28,at Fulham's Craven Cottage in London before departing for their training camp in Houston,USA.
“We are playing on May 28, and we all should be there on May 27 so that we can have at least a one-day training session before we play,’’Keshi said.
Most European Leagues would climax next month and some players could use a week off to sort out their personal issues before hitting camp for the World Cup.
Keshi said the deadline was given to the players so that the team could have a day to properly strategise for the match.
The Super Eagles would use the game to whittle down his squad and settle for a final 23-man list for the World Cup.
