Jimi Agbaje, Lagos state Gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP on Wednesday said that Lagos State, Nigeria's economic hub will be a village without the contributions of non-indigenes.
Agbaje made the comment during his formal presentation to Akwa Ibom indigenes resident in Lagos.
Agbaje said, ''I always tell people that Lagos will be a village if non-indigenes are not in Lagos.You are one of the major drivers of the economy in Lagos and I urge you to vote for the PDP for change''.
Governor Godswill Akpabio who was the host of the event urged the Akwa Ibom indigenes to support Agbaje.
