INDICATIONS, weekend, emerged that members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly were set to re-issue Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura another impeachment notice any moment from today.
This followed alleged constitutional breach by Chief Judge of the state, Justice Suleiman Dikko, in the composition of the probe panel that earlier cleared the governor of any wrong doing in the first impeachment notice.
Vanguard gathered that National Judicial Council, NJC, had been petitioned, accusing Justice Dikko of contravening Section 188(5) of the 1999 constitution by appointing two partisan politicians and public office holder on the probe panel.
