There are unconfirmed reports of an Hausa/Fulani clash with Igbos in Aba, Abia state.
This was announced on Nairaland, Nigeria's biggest online forum.
A fracas was reported around Ogbor-hill, with skirmishes also happening around Main park. It's said that an hausa man stabbed an igbo Man (to death according to reports) and people gathered and killed the hausa man. This quickly generated into unpleasant scenes, reports say.
At a moment, the Aba-Port-Harcourt road was blocked.
Reports say military men have intervened and order has been reportedly restored in the area. However it's believed the northerners are being killed in other areas of the state.
