The Nigerian naira this week depreciated against the United States dollar on the parallel market, losing two units to the greenback.
At the end of the previous week the naira exchanged at 318 per dollar but ended the week at 320 to a dollar.
On Monday, naira depreciated a bit, losing one unit to the dollar. The next day it lost another unit and remained stable till the end of the week to exchange at 320 per dollar.
The naira is however expected to appreciate against the dollar next week.
