Metro Oritsejafor to Wealthy Nigerians: Stop Being Greedy

Pastory Ayo Oritsejafor, President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, has attacked wealthy Nigerians for their greed and reluctance to help the less privileged in the country.

He said this during a sermon in Delta State at the First Baptist Church in Warri. The service was cunducted to mrk the 60th birthday of Gov. Emmanuel Uduaghan. Oritsejafor commended the governor for his policies and urged wealthy Nigerians to emulate him.

The Sun reports:
“Sadly, a lot of people are suffering, while a few are enjoying. It is the wish of God that we assist each other, so that there will be no grumbling,” he said.

Quoting from the scriptures, Oritsefajor, who is the founder of World of Life Bible Church Worldwide, harped on the need to assist the poor and God for favours.

“We should thank God for what we expect Him to do for us and what he has done for us. By so doing, we expect Him to do more for us and also conquer our known and unknown enemies,” said the CAN leader.
