A coalition of civil society groups yesterday in Owerri, the Imo State capital, recommended reduction in the allocation to the National Assembly in the 2014 budget.
The coalition also sought a maximum reduction of N150 billion annual allocation to the National Assembly to N50 billion, saying the bogus allocation had no direct positive impact on the people.
