Nigeria's former Chief Justice Mohammed Uwais had refused to comment on the news that his son has joined the terrorist group Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, ISIS.
Vanguard reports that a phone call made to the jurist yielded no definite comment from him, as he neither confirmed nor denied the report published by USA's The Will on March 4, 2015.
“I don’t want to comment on hearsay,” the former CJN said.
