Nigerian international Victor Moses has stated that he will be going back to his parent club,Chelsea in the summer to fight for his place.

Moses was loaned out to Liverpool at the start of the season, but the winger even struggled to get a spot in the starting eleven of the Merseyside club.

Though Moses is on the threshold of winning the English Premier League title with Liverpool, the Nigerian knows that his future lies away from the club.

Liverpool manager,Brendan Rodgers once mooted the idea of retaining Moses beyond his loan deal at the club.

“I’m a Chelsea player. I came to Liverpool to do a professional job but come the end of the season I will be going back to Chelsea to fight for my place,” Moses told Sky Sports.

Moses will not be in action on Sunday when Liverpool takes on Chelsea, because he is still a player of the London club.

He is expected to be part of the final 23-man squad that Stephen Keshi will be taking to the World Cup in June.
