World Video Confession: Ugandan MP Fined $10 For Urinating In Public

A Kampala court has fined a Ugandan MP $10 for causing a public nuisance by urinating in public. Abraham Abiriga was charged after he was caught urinating outside the gates of the ministry of finance.

After his case, he was confronted by journalists. See video below:
