Every 1st December since 1988, the world celebrates World AIDS Day. From 2011, the theme of the World AIDS Day has been "Getting to zero".

"Getting to zero" entails Zero new HIV infections, Zero discrimination and Zero AIDS-related deaths.

AIDS is one of the publicized diseases of our times but then, publicity is never too much.
