Former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has called the leader of Independent people of Biafra IPOB, Nnmadi Kanu as soldiers surrounded his home in Umuahia, Abia state.
The former Minister in a series tweets said he placed called to Kanu and called on President Muhammadu Buhari to call the army to order.
He said: "I just spoke to Nnamdi Kanu,his lawyer and his sister.What is going on right now is unbelievable and unacceptable.
"His entire community has been terrorised and traumatised for the 2nd day running by soldiers who are firing shots into the buildings and in the air.I call on @MBuhari to call his army to order before innocent people are killed. Soldiers are meant to protect our citizens and not attack them!"
