Olowokokere Gbenga, 32, and Abdullahi Kabiru, 34, were on Friday arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrates’ Court for allegedly raping a madwoman.
Police Prosecutor, Inspector Isiaka Ajadi, told the court that the accused conspired, assaulted and forcefully raped the mentally challenged woman before they were caught and arrested by the Police.
The accused however pleaded not guilty to the offence when the charge was read to them.
Presiding Magistrate, Mr Olusola Aluko, granted the accused bail in the sum of N100, 000 and two sureties each in like sum. The case was adjourned to January 30,2014.
