The Village Head of Nyanya in Abuja, Alhaji Haruna Shuaibu, on Friday, urged the Federal Government to deploy more security personnel to his domain to check the spate of bombings in the area.
"Enough is enough," he said, "there was an explosion in Nyanya on April 14 and it happened again on May 1. We complained to the security agencies, we need more security.
``Innocent people are dying, we want government to assist us and mobilise more security agencies to Nyanya and let these bombings come to an end.’’
The village head said traditional rulers in the area, including the Karu chiefdom, would soon visit the National Assembly to register their protest over the bombings in the area.
