Business Abuja set for N1.25billion abattoir

In an effort to maintain its status as the Nation’s capital, the administration of the Federal Capital Territory has signed a Memorandum of Understanding and lease agreement with a private investor, Capital Meat Processing Company Nigeria Limited, for the establishment of the ultra-modern Abuja Central Abattoir at Tungan Maje in Gwagwalada Area Council of the territory.

According to the Minister of State for FCT, Mr. Oluyinka Akintunde, the agreement was signed by the minister, Olajumoke Akinjide; and Secretary, FCT Agriculture and Rural Development Secretariat, Mrs. Olvadi Bema Madayi, on behalf of the FCT Administration.
