ADAMAWA State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused the state House of Assembly of acting a script by serving Governor Murtala Nyako and his deputy, Mr Bala Ngilari, with an impeachment notice.
Speaking to newsmen on Thursday in Yola, the Publicity Secretary of the APC in the state, Reverend Phineas Padio, said the actions of the legislature left no one in doubt.He said the allegations levelled against the governor were not only laughable but also embarrassing, coming from the lawmakers.
“There is no way a house will bring something that happened in 2007 during previous legislation as some of its allegations against the governor. It has definitely goofed,” Padio added.
