The board of Directors of Lafarge Africa Plc has announced the resignation of Mrs. Adepeju Adebajo as an Executive Director.
The company in a statement signed by its secretary, Uzoma Uja said Mrs. Adebajo's resignation is in compliance with the listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Prior to her resignation, Mrs. Adebajo was managing Director, WAPCO Operations and then Managing Director, GEO-Cycle and Project management Office at Lat=farge Africa Plc.
Mrs. Adebajo resigned upon her appointment as the Honourable Commissioner of Agriculture in Ogun state.
