Following rumors of an unholy romance between the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the recently concluded Anambra gubernatorial elections, Senator Chris Ngige, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is alleging that President Goodluck Jonathan gave Governor Peter Obi, N8 billion for the election.
According to Ngige,the money was given to the state as Ecological Fund by the Federal Government, adding that the N8biilion was apart from the N4billion state resources used by Obi for the election.
The Presidency and APGA are yet to respond Ngige's allegations.
