Former Military ruler, Muhammadu Buhari will today officially declare his intention to contest for the office for the President of Nigeria, using the All Progressives Congress, APC as a platform.
The declaration will hold at Eagles square Abuja.
Rivers state Governor, Rotimi Amaechi is expected to attend the declaration. However, it is unclear if APC national leaders will be present for the event.
