Mr Eric Dakogol, the APC candidate, has won Saturday’s bye-election to fill Qua’an Pan North Constituency’s seat in the Plateau House of Assembly.
NAN reports that Dakogol polled 5,409 votes to defeat PDP’s Alloy Oliver, who garnered 4,977 votes.
INEC’s Returning Officer, Associate Prof. Akkarven Ashakah, who announced the result at the legislators chamber ín Qua’an Pan Local Government Secretariat, described the election as “very successful and credible”.
