The All Progressives Congress, APC, has asked President Goodluck Jonathan to hand over former governor of Borno State, Ali Modu Sheriff and former Chief of Army Staff, Azubuike Ihejerika, a lieutenant general, to the International Criminal Court, ICC, for prosecution for sponsoring terrorists.
