Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has admitted that Mario Balotelli has to improve with his goals returns for the club.
Balotelli has come under criticisms this week because of his goals ratio since joining Liverpool.
He has been compared with Luis Suarez,and many people expected him to have hit the ground running.
"In terms of goals he needs to improve, it is as simple as that," said Rodgers.
"Not just him but any striker is judged on goals and at this moment he hasn't probably hit the numbers he would want to."
Since his move from AC Milan,Balotelli has only scored one goal in seven games for Liverpool.
