Owner of a beer parlour, Mr Francis Ogbonnaya, an indigene of Amasiri community in Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State has threatened to sue the Chairman of the LGA, Enyim Enyim, over an alleged half a million naira beer debt.....
