World Barclays To Cease Wealth Management Services Around the World

The international Bank Chain “Barclays Bank Plc” has decided to cease its wealth management services in 130 countries around the world amid what the its spokesperson called “New strategy to regain profits”. Barclays Bank is considered in the top banking entities around the world and its wealth management services started to gain a boost globally since April but the new strategy is going to deplete the elevation in the expansion program. The top management has decided to cut of the jobs and roll back the wealth management services in a step by step fashion and the complete roadmap to execute this rollback strategy has an ending date in 2016.

There will likely be a cut off in the jobs too. However, experts perceive this initiative as an effort to depreciate the complex and unforeseen losses the bank might have suffered. Barclay’s wealth management services have augmented assets of around 200 billion pounds (321.36 billion dollars), which will now be governed with a new segments of individuals called “private clients”

Barclay’s wealth management services were providing exquisite placement to the customers and the total value of the investment circulating in these services is said to be around 100,000 and 500,000 pounds.
