The Bayelsa Governorship Election Tribunal is set to deliver judgement in the petition filed by former governor of Bayelsa State and flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Bayelsa governorship election, Mr Timipre Sylva on a date yet to be decided by the tribunal.
The Chairman of the Tribunal yesterday said the date will be communicated 48 hours to the day it will be delivered.
Mr Sylva is challenging the election of Mr Seriake Dickson as Governor of Bayelsa State.
