Metro Boko Haram Raids 3 Villages in Borno, 34 Persons Slaughtered

On Thursday, members of the boko haram terrorist group attacked three villages in Marte Local government area of Borno were the residents were said to be anti-boko haram, slaughtering 34 persons and burning down buildings.

According to Punch, Kirenowa town was the first to be attacked by the extremists. About 20 persons were killed during the attack that lasted nearly five hours.

According to Nigerian Tribune, one of the residents of Moforo in Marte district who escaped the attack on his village said, the terrorists arrived in a convoy and gathered the men of the community together. They accused them of being members of the vigilante and killed them all, one afterr the other.

After the attack in Moforo, the terrorists went on to Kimba where they called on youths to come out and join the jihad against the government of infidel and corrupt politicians. When nobody went out to meet them they started burning the houses and those who hid in them started coming out and running to safe heaven, but the attackers fired at the people.
