The Borno Government has banned vehicular movement on three major roads in the state due to the ongoing military clearance operation against the Boko Haram insurgents. Dr Bukar Bulama, the Commissioner of Home Affairs, Information and Culture Affairs, made the announcement on Monday in a statement issued in Maidugur
