A patient at a Dallas hospital has tested positive for the deadly Ebola virus, making it the first case disagnosed in the United states.
The unidentified patient has been kept in Isolation at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. The hospital has noted that it is following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations to keep doctors, staff and patients safe.
A day ago, the hospital announced that the patient's symptoms and travel history indicated that the patient might have contracted the virus which has already killed more than 3000 West Africans and infected a few Americans who visited that region.
12 people in the United Stated have been tested for the Ebola virus since July 27, and all of them had turned out negative.
