Peter Carter, the British Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria, has said that Britain would strengthen its current investments in the country.

He said this when he visited Guinness Nigeria Plc’s factory located in Ogba, Ikeja. Carter called for better and closer business relations between both countries.

The Chairman of Guinness Nigeria, Babatunde Savage, while receiving Peter Carter’s envoy, noted that “Guinness is the biggest UK-parented Nigerian company quoted on the Stock Exchange, in terms of capitalisation, turnover and profits and we are indeed very proud of our British heritage.”
