Two brothers, Wasiu and Nurudeen Bada were arrested yesterday, Aug.30, for the alleged murder of a 32 year old tailor, Qadri Busari.
Busari and the Bada brothers were in disagreement over the location of a grave on Ogun River Road, Isheri Oke, Church area in the State.
The lawyer for the Busaris, Mr. Lekan Odunsi said the fight was related to a fight over the right to the monarchy in the area.
He said, "The thugs used iron rods, clubs and other items to beat Busari to death. Some of those that were seen beating the deceased are, Wasiu
Bada, Nurudeen Bada and one man identified as Burger."
The tailor was missing for two days after the beating until his body was found floating on the Ogun River.
The brothers have been arrested and charged to court.
