The bid by former Head of State, General Muhammadu Buhari, and Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of Kano State to contest the presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will be resolved without recourse to an election, Alhaji Mukhtar Ishaq Yakasai has said.
Speaking to newsmen on the outcome of the nationwide consultations embarked upon by members of the Kwankwaso for Nigeria 2015 Project, Yakasai said there would not be crisis in the APC over the ambition of the duo.
“We thank God that the outcome of the nationwide consultations embarked upon on the presidential ambition of Kwankwaso is positive. It has shown that Kwankwaso is accepted nationwide and now his structures are everywhere in the country.
